Definitions:

Native server components:
DHCP server, DNS Server, IIS, Active Directory or any component included on the installation disk of the operating system.

Stable device:
SolidSpace must perform a device health assessment to ensure the device is stable before starting any managed service plan. The device must be updated with all current patches, anti virus definitions and cleared of all hardware defects.  This assessment will be preformed at a discounted rate of $50/hr. remotely and $100/hr. on-site, which will be billed in 15 minute increments. Cost of each assessment depends on current condition of device and requested services.
